All creative content, logos, designs, illustrations, copy, templates, packaging, and merch concepts remain the property of The Mutfak Delight unless transferred in writing. Final deliverables are licensed for use as specified in the project agreement.

3. Use of Website

You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without written permission. This includes logos, text, images, and downloadable resources.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payment terms are outlined in your invoice or proposal.

• Work begins once the deposit or first milestone is paid.

• Due to the custom nature of design and merchandise, refunds are not provided once work has commenced.

Late payments may delay delivery or result in service suspension.

5. Project Scope

All projects are delivered based on a defined scope. Additional revisions, assets, or deliverables outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Third-Party Vendors

If we assist with merch or printing, we work with trusted third-party suppliers. While we manage the design and handover, we are not liable for delays, errors, or quality issues caused by external vendors.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local Australian consumer law.
